Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Final payment is due at least 60 days prior to the departure date. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

Price Changes

Prices are based on current rates of exchange, tariffs, and fares. We reserve the right to increase published prices if there are changes in exchange rates, government taxes, or supplier costs up to the point of final payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated to HarborSky Travel & Tours in writing. Cancellation charges are applied as follows:

• **60+ days prior to departure:** Forfeiture of deposit.
• **30-59 days prior to departure:** 50% of the total trip cost.
• **Less than 30 days prior to departure:** 100% of the total trip cost.

3. Travel Documents

It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure all necessary travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates) are valid and correct for the entire duration of the trip. HarborSky Travel & Tours is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to insufficient documentation.
